Online Return Policy
It is a priority to please our customers, but due to limited stock and the high demand for items, our return policy is restricted to the following:
Items can be returned to Baby Elaine for a refund, if the following 3 conditions are met:
1. A return must be requested, through email, email@example.com, in the following time frame, from the day of delivery to another 2 days after delivery. Please track your package to know when your package was delivered.
2. Returns must be back in store within 7 days of delivery.

At request, we can offer a return label for a cost of $6.95 (U.S. orders only)
3. Only full price items can be returned for refund.
After a return is requested through email, we will give a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which needs to be written on the outside of the package.
When a whole order is being returned, or the amount kept from the order is less than $60, $7.95 is deducted from the return.
Orders which are returned within 7 days without a return authorization in the correct time frame, the customer will receive a store credit. Store credit can only be used on full priced items and can't be used for items returnable for store credit (see list below).
If orders are received back outside the 7 day time frame, Baby Elaine has the right to refuse the acceptance of the package.
** ITEM(S) CANCELLED. For any reason that an item(s) is not available, Baby Elaine has the right to cancel and refund any part and/or an entire order. The customer will still be responsible for shipping costs, $5.95 when the order is less than $60.
**Online orders shipped to Monsey NY area can only be returned for a store credit or can be refunded with a $10 restocking fee.
Sale items up to and not including 50% off can be returned for immediate EXCHANGE only, if the return is done in the time frame stipulated in paragraphs 1. and 2.
Sale items at a discount of 50% and more are Final Sale.
No Cancellations once an order is placed.
PEPE is only returnable for store credit. We take no responsibility for damaged Pepe slippers or shoes once they have been worn.
LA ESKIMO COATS are only returnable for store credit.
G.NANCY are only returnable for store credit.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY:
Items purchased instore can be returned the same day for a full refund.
Items can be returned 2 days after purchase, only for a store credit.
