*An order with an insufficient address, will have a 50% restocking fee. We cannnot reship these orders. Please double check your shipping address is fully correct before placing an order.

It is a priority to please our customers. Due to limited stock and the high demand for items, our return policy is restricted to the following:
Merchandise purchased at full price can be returned to BabyElaine.com within 7 days of delivery, for a store credit.
Refunds are issued, if the return is initiated on BabyElaine.com within 2 days of delivery, and back within 5 days of delivery.
Please track your package to know when your package was delivered.
All returns for refund are subject to a 3% restocking fee.
How To Initiate A Return
Go to babyelaine.com/a/returns, or click on "Make a Return Here", on the bottom of the website.
There you can request/submit a return. Once it is authorized, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Each item being returned must be authorized to be eligible for a refund. This process is not complete until you pressed confirmed and a return request number shows on your screen.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from the return. Return Labels cost $6 for smaller packages, and $7.25 for larger packages.
When a whole order is being returned, or the amount kept from the order is less than $99, $8 is also deducted for the cost of the outgoing shipment/processing fee.
Return Labels are not provided for International orders.
Store credit can only be used on full price items. It cannot be used on items returnable for store credit only, or final sale items. Store credit cannot be processed on preorder merchandise.
We do not email store credits. When you wish to use your store credit, please email us the item and size you would like and we will help you process the order. Orders will not be adjusted after placing an order without a credit code used at checkout.
If orders are received back outside the 7 day time frame, Baby Elaine has the right to refuse the acceptance of the package.
Exchanges: We are not able to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange any of your items, please request a return for your items online and make a new purchase.
Baby Elaine has the right to cancel/refund any part or an entire order.
Orders shipped to zip codes starting with 109 (Orange/Rockland County) are returnable for a store credit or can be refunded with a $10 restocking fee, when a refund can apply.
All online orders can only be returned through mail, we will not accept any returns in any shop location.
A request to cancel an order before shipping will be subject to a $6.95 processing fee. Orders are considered processed once the order is placed. We cannot always cancel an order.
Returned merchandise can take up to 14 days to process.
Sale items up to and not including 30% off can be returned for immediate EXCHANGE only. Sale items at a discount of 30% off and more are FINAL SALE.
Sale promotions change, no price adjustments are possible once an order is placed.
No cancellations once an order is placed.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY:
Items purchased instore can be returned the same day for a full refund.
